I will be the first to admit that I don’t always eat healthy foods and find myself groggy, my brain mushy, and my skin dull. To balance out my eating habits (aka the occassional Dominos pizza…guilty!), I treat myself from the inside out with beauty teas, powders, and supplements.
Leave it to Instagram to seduce me with the beautiful packaging of MIYU Beauty Hydrate Mi Beauty Tea and De-stress Mi Beauty Tea. What’s a girl to do but see if it’s as good as the pretty pastel packaging? The Hydrate Mi Beauty Tea boasts being a light and fruity premium loose leaf tea blend of green rooibos, goji berries, rose petals and snow pear essence, for age-defying caffeine-free hydration. The taste is crisp and refreshing so in the warm summer moths, I keep it in my fridge as ice tea to boost my skin’s hydration from not drinking enough water and too much coffee. MIYU Beauty’s De-stress Mi Beauty Tea has become my go-to nighttime tea as the temperature drops for fall. The fresh and earthy premium loose leaf tea blends peppermint, liquorice and chamomile blossoms, for soothing caffeine-free detoxification. The perfect evening tea to help you relax while indulging in that pile of September issues still left over.
If you’re a juice fanatic and make your own juices and smoothies at home, Moon Juice Beauty Dust and Godfroy Lab Gluta Goddess Powder are powders worth adding into your routine. Beauty Dust is a radiant-edible formula made of organic Goji, Rehmannia, organic Schisandra, Pearl, and organic Stevia that can be added to nut milk, coffee, tea, hot or cold water or blended into your favorite smoothie. The beauty food lends in glowing supple skin and lustrous shiny hair but because of its strong taste, I do not recommend adding it just to hot or cold water as the packaging suggests. A second powder that mixes well in juices and smoothies is Godfroy Lab Gluta Goddess Powder, filled with Glutathione, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Grapeseed Extract, and Collagen for glowing skin, skin whitening, energy boost, wrinkle reduction, and acne treatment.
Along with my daily multiviatmin and Biotin, I’ve recently added Stamba Travel, Godfroy Labs Aisha Gluta, and NU Skin ageLOC Youth supplements to my routine. Stamba travel is my go-to support when traveling to reduce jetlag, boost my immune strength, and aid in digestion. Godfroy Labs Aisha Gluta is taken in place of Godfroy Lab Gluta Goddess Powder when I am too lazy to mix a powder into a juice (yes, I can be THAT lazy) and is filled with L-Glutathione (600mg) and Grapeseed Extract (400mg) for improving my skin’s overall appearance, whitening dark spots and reducing wrinkles. NU Skin ageLOC Youth is my late 20-something self’s way of stopping premature aging. Backed by more than 30 years of research, it supports memory health, cardiovascular health, joint fuidity, eye composition, bone integrity, cellular protection, and optimizes energy and mood. Because it’s never too early to start the anti-aging process…
